Alicia Jen

Alicia Jen (she/her) is a PhD student in Sociomedical Sciences interested in studying how family upbringing, acculturation, and racialization influence the formation of health beliefs and behavior among second-generation children of immigrants and Asian Americans. Jen is a GSH (Gender, Sexuality, and Health) T32 Fellow and plans to focus her doctoral research on the health implications of bicultural sexual socialization and intimate relationships in young Asian American women raised in the United States.
