Craig J. Heck
Dr. Craig J. Heck is an infectious disease epidemiologist committed to identifying and addressing health disparities among key and vulnerable populations, domestically and globally. His research leverages social, behavioral, and implementation science approaches to enhance the availability, accessibility, effective use, and continuation of HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis methods, including activities to support the introduction and scale up of long-acting formulations. Dr. Heck complements this work by investigating drivers of negative mental health outcomes and exploring the magnifying effect of overlapping risks.
